Day of Coordinator:
8 WEEK TAKEOVER
- Lead coordinator will take over 8 weeks prior to your wedding day
- There will be 2-3 1 hour meetings to discuss your timeline you have designed and see if there needs to be any changes we can help with. We will also go over a wedding planning checklist and any decor details
- ceremony rehearsal coordination with wedding party and family
DAY OF WEDDING
- Up to 10 hours of coordination with 1 Lead Planner
- Oversee and direct vendors during the ceremony + reception
- Coordinate the reception to ensure all plans are properly executed
- Behind the scenes assistance for you, your family, and other vendors
- Assist the wedding party and family with any needs, questions, or concerns
